How does the 15 money back guarantee work?

If you cancel your plan within the first 15 days of signing up we will refund your full payment. No quibbles. No charges.

If you cancel your plan after your first 15 days you will not be charged any more charges. However, we do not refund part months payments.

Can I change my plan if I need to?

Yes. You are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime by contacting the bien Support Team. Your subscription charges will reflect your new monthly fee at the next pay date.

Who & what is bien Commerce?

bien Commerce is hosted e-commerce software. If you want to sell products, services or digital downloads online our software lets you do it. Without a lot of fuss.

You can:

Sell products, services or digital downloads
Add your company branding to one of our templates or get a custom designed shop
Accept credit card payments through payment processors including Paypal
Manage your stock levels and track orders

All this online from any internet connected computer.

Do I have to sign up for a minimum contract term?

No. If you are a subscription customer you are able to cancel at anytime. There are no long term contracts or commitments. bein Commerce is a pay-as-you-go service.

Can I cancel at anytime?

If you are a subscription customer you cancel at anytime. There are no fees for canceling.

Do I need to install anything?

bien Commerce is hosted software. This means you don't need to install anything. If you have an internet connected computer with a modern web browser (Firefox/Safari/Google Chrome) you are ready to sell.

I have a Domain Name I have registered. Can I use it?

Yes. If you have a domain name you have registered for your online shop you can use it with bien Commerce. You only need to get your domain name registrar to point it at our servers.

Can I have a shop in a foreign language?

Yes. The interface for bien Commerce is in English but you are able to customize the front end of your store and confirmation emails into any other language. This is possible through the administration interface.

I am selling in xxxxx Country. Can I still use bien Commerce?

bien Commerce is available in most countries and currencies around the world. Not all our payment gateway services are available in all countries but we can discuss this with you directly to ascertain your needs based on country.
